Lookonchain reported a remarkable surge in interest for the memecoin $MOODENG. A whale recently made headlines by spending 10,156 $SOL (approximately $1.59 million) to acquire 6 million $MOODENG tokens at an average price of $0.2655 within just eight hours.
$MOODENG is a memecoin on the Solana blockchain, inspired by a baby pygmy hippo residing in a zoo in Thailand. Launched on Pump.fun on September 11, 2024, it has quickly garnered attention, boasting a market cap exceeding $320 million at the time of writing.
The crypto does not have enough price action to make a thorough price analysis, but it has been going up since it launched. Data from CoinMarketCap shows that it has risen by close to 600% in the last 24 hours.
