Works well but difficult to connect
Ring products are a pain because the ap canât just locate the product and set it up. You have to scan the barcode or manually enter it. Meaning if itâs already installed and youâre just moving in, you get to find the barcode on random products including lights hung on the roof.With that said, scan the barcode on the back first in the ap to set it up. It was difficult to connect and it took four tries to get it to.Once I finally got it connected, it works well and does what it is suppose to do. Itâs plugged into the wall, so make sure itâs in a place that isnât super highly trafficked by pets and kids because they will knock it out of the plug.You can customize your tone which is cool, but it isnât super loud. So make sure itâs in an area people will likely be to hear it but not somewhere super noisy.

Limited Tones and Quiet
Works as intended. Small and easy to set up, but we were disappointed with the limited selection of chime tones and the volume. The first one I ordered was not working and was defective so I ordered a replacement and shipped it back them. They sent me a new replacement so quick after I shipped the broken one. Now, the new one worked great and perfectly this time! It rings loud enough for me!
