Great, USEFUL Information!
Shawn is extremely knowledgeable in Business Central and I’ve learned so much from her over the years. Now she has shared her extensive knowledge in this book, which provides screenshots (my favorite!), to really close the gap and provide that deeper understanding of the product in conjunction with Power Platform. This is an excellent read for both consultants and end-users to really enhance the necessary base knowledge of overall functionality. The format of the book is very easy to follow and provides all the necessary resources. Highly recommend!

I’ve been consulting in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC community for years. I enjoy learning new things and trying new technology. I’ll admit that Microsoft’s learning pages can leave you feeling like you might have missed something. I was encouraged to read this book with the hopes I could put what I learn into practice right away. YAY thank you Shawn and Kim for helping me learn something new without the educational “gaps.” This book covers all necessary details, from obtaining a Developer license (without a business email account) to building new functionality that ties BC to Microsoft 365 apps/other apps! Extremly informative and well thought out
I’ve known Shawn for about 11 years now, and can say she’s one of the best folks in the entire NAV/BC community. Kim certainly compares as well!This book is a lot of work in the making but sheds light on one of the latest technologies within the Microsoft Biz Apps world, and something that’s been growing like crazy the last few years. If you’re a consultant yourself looking to learn more about Power Platform, when in comes to a BC environment, this is well worth the purchase.Heck, if you’re just a user within a company using this tech stack, I would highly recommend having a read to learn. Your boss will be quite thankful you did!
