PLEASE NOTE: This mount fits the second generation Google Nest Hub (released in March 2021). It does NOT fit the first generation Nest Hub which was released in October 2018. Please see the second listing picture to ensure you buy the right mount for the Nest Hub you own.
Requires minor installation, which is easy for most. The Built-In mount comes with a 10-foot extension to the Nest Hub’s cord, and also includes a custom adapter to be used with our Power over Ethernet adapter (PoE adapter sold separately).
The Nest Hub is the perfect command center for your smart home and our simple built-in mount ties it all together. This is the easiest way to get a Next/Google Smart Screen built-in to your home.
Installs in minutes and sits flush against your wall, while still leaving the speaker exposed for great sound.
Works great with Power over Ethernet for simple wiring solutions. See below for our custom PoE adapter.

Amazing – donât hesitate!
This product is amazing and I donât know why Google doesnât make and sell this themselves as this gives you a professional high-end looking smart home control that you canât find anywhere else. Installs easy and looks beautiful. I get compliments on it all the time. Only thing to be aware of is how youâll power the nest hub – I wired a standard outlet to this location and hid it in the wall right behind the hole for this bracket – not to code but it works.

Good solution for wall mount option
Why no one has come out with a wall mounted smart screen is beyond me, this isn’t perfect but a pretty darn good option to configure what is available to put a google hub on the wall. I read reviews and watched some videos of people installing. The biggest criticism seemed to be it not firmly snapping into place at the top. As a precaution from what others had said when cutting the hole I tried to make it tight towards the top of it, the plastic was bendable enough that I got it pretty tight but then… it was too tight and wouldn’t snap in at all. Had to trim the drywall slightly a few times to get it to fit right and also snap in, but even if it didn’t snap in the weight of the google hub keeps it in place. It seems like these are just run off a 3D printer, if anything it could be made of a more durable plastic to help with that “snapping in” issue at the top but overall a well designed solution to the problem.

Works well
Pretty easy to install even though I don’t find cutting dry wall particularly fun. The bottom part of the mount especially was a bit annoying. There are no instructions on where the cable goes but I assumed it had to go to an outlet nearby which means the cable has to come out near an outlet unless you’re using a recessed outlet. Once the hole is cut, the mount fits pretty well and seems to secure the tablet pretty well. It doesn’t seem to impact sound quality either. The sound quality of the dock is kind of mediocre anyway. I recommend but I find the price a little high for what it is.

Easy to install and sturdy
It’s a bit of a pain to get the top two clips in, but everything is sturdy, locked in, and tight if you perfectly cut the hole for this. Kit includes one strip of double sided sticky tape, but I didn’t need it at all

Easier than I thought. Aesthetically pleasing
Im in no way handy with tools so was hesitant to buy this having to cut a hole in the wall. Finally amped myself to do it. Ordered a drywall cutter traced the outliner of the holder that is provided. Got to cutting less than 10min and it was done. I did have issues with getting power to it but I whipped up something. Basically I made an extra hole bottom near the floor and passed the power cable through tied with a metal hair clip. Then I put a magnet through the hole that was made for the mount and started fishing. 5 minutes later I was able to get the metal with the magnet and pulled it out. Then tada it works. I did mess up by not using a stud finder because I made a hole and stud was there right down the middle. So the hub couldn’t sit in. So yeah I bought a hole patch (a new experience for me as well) got the wall patched then retired now knowing where the stud was and all done â looks greatð very happy with it. All this took (including patching the first hole) 35 minutes

Works just like it said!
Great ease of use but just be sure you are not to close to any studs

Finally! A Flush Mount Wall Bracket for my Nest/Google Home!
You’ll find many mounts for this Google/Nest module. Most are a shelf like or an extending arm that bolts into the wall. This one will make your Google/Nest Home look like a tablet or a fancy wall mounted Smart Home Control Pad. Looks more professional this way. I’m planning to have one of each installed in my walls between the basement and the upper level. I have some tools at home so it was pretty easy for me to do myself. All you’ll need is a philips and flat head screwdrivers and most important a Drywall Knife. A different knife could be used but the drywall one is most efficient and makes the job much easier. Comes with the stencil to cut the opening. ANOTHER IMPORTANT THING: Make sure to install right above your power outlet. This way you won’t hit one of the 2×4 planks beneath the drywall. If you do. That will ruin your drywall. Comes with a power cord extension which I didn’t even use. The Google’s cord was long enough. I’m truly happy with the purchase. Already have more ordered for different levels of the house. Thanks!

Get the PoE adapter
Really easy to install. Fits flush. My only complaint is the Google Hub doesn’t fit in as snug as I would’ve like. It takes a bit to get used too. I would absolutely recommend ordering the PoE adapter with this kit. They really compliment each other. It makes so much more sense to not have to plug in the power cable while the hub is wall mounted.

fits the dock nicely, and is easy to install and easy to remove. Tablet access is also easy to remove and replace from the wall. Just be weary of dropping the clips behind your wall. (GM:11588650 is the clip’s part number btw you can find them in GM dealerships or amazon)

TL;DR: Great mount, does exactly what it says and looks clean. Only difference between what I received and what was pictured was the MOUNTgenie branding that wasn’t in the listing’s product photos.I happened upon this listing accidentally, but I’m very glad I did. I’m very happy with the way this turned out and looks. I had my Hub sitting on my kitchen countertop previously and it kind of added a bit of clutter. Raising it and mounting it into the wall has made for a very clean look.Installation was pretty easy â use a stud-finder to make sure you’ve got a clear location for the cut-out, use a level with the template to make sure it’s straight, trace the template, then cut it out of the wall. I had intended to keep the drywall cut-out for easier patching down the road, but mine fell into the wall (heads up) â whoops. I also dropped one of the metal clips into the wall during installation as well, but it’s holding very firm with 3. Fairly straightforward all around.I didn’t want to create a new electrical outlet in the wall, so I just used a small cord grommet near the existing exterior outlet and ran the power cable through it. Looks pretty clean for my tastes.I didn’t need velcro or anything some of the other reviewers had mentioned, but I could see the potential need to use something to affix the Hub to the mount if you were going to handling it frequently (to tap the screen or adjust the volume manually, etc) â the Hub is placed into the mount and is perfectly sturdy, but it’s not held there by anything other than gravity, so it will move when you touch it. This shouldn’t be a problem for the majority of people, I expect.Very happy with my purchase and the end result â I would recommend it.
