Installation
Adobe did not recognize the Serial Number of this product. Further investigation discovered that I needed a redemption code. The instructions were to access Amazon, go to Orders, click on “View Item”, then the redemption code would appear. This code did not appear. I’ve just spent $100 for a product that I cannot use unless the seller fixes the problem.

I have been using Photoshop since 1989, both personally and professionally. When they went to a subscription model I switched to Elements at about the same time I retired. While it lacks the high end printing features of Photoshop that would be used in a commercial setting it has way more features than even an advanced amateur would use and they keep adding more every year. It has 3 editing modes, quick, guided and advanced. Quick is for beginner, Guided is for the amateur and expert is for just that. The value of this 3 tiered system is you can switch back and forth while staying with the same image and without losing any of your work. It has real value at $99 but you can usually catch it on sale particularly between Black Friday and Christmas.

Clunky on a MAC
Been using Photoshop and Premiere for years on my PC. Got MAC and it wouldn’t run the software I already have and I refuse to buy into Adobes overpriced subscription service. So I went with the latest versions Elements version of both. While Premiere seems to be a decent program the Photoshop is so clunky it is frustrating to use. If you are working on an existing image it doesn’t let you save and instead it forces you to rewrite the file making modifying images cumbersome and time consuming. If you’ve never had a photo program you won’t know there are better options out there. For me not likely I will ever buy an Adobe product again. Not recommended at all.

I am using this program with InDesign, and it is perfect for all my pictures. It loaded perfectly, and I am really happy with the product. Very good program for all my pictures.

Great Video Editing tools
Fabulous tools from Adobe to help edit video. Advances in AI are making leaps and bounds. Easy to install, no need for an annual license fee. Lots to learn and plenty of tutorials available online, Made a great holiday highlights video from our Hawaiian trip last year.

Crashes constantly
Program works good when it works. Freezes multiple time during the few hours I work per day. Crashes and closes down completely. Dave your work often as you never know what it will do! I’ve done the suggested online fixes, but they haven’t solved the problem.
