Should have bought through Adobe
I bought this from Amazon to save a few bucks, but now can’t figure out how to get the annual subscription to activate. It’s really frustrating, as it shouldn’t be this hard to get it up and going without always asking if I want to start the trial subscription when I paid for the real deal. Just beware if you get this from Amazon, you may not find it as easy as you expected to make it work. I really miss the good old days where you just paid for the latest version and got a DVD to install and you were up and going with no problem.

The download does not install.
I ordered this and have tried to download the program to my computer at least 12 times. I’ve restarted repeatedly. In every case, it seizes up. Most recently, it stops at 4.7%. I’ve gone online to Amazon and looked and I don’t see anywhere where I can get help. Very frustrated. L

Wasn’t able to download, but I gave 3 stars due to great customer service. And was able to be refunded. We will purchase again and hope we will not have any issues downloading.

I bit the bullet. I bought a full yearâs subscription. I love Photoshop. Thereâs nothing quite like it. I am very happy with my purchase.
