This is my second vaccum. The previous one was very simple.This vaccum rocks! Linking the vaccum to your phone is very easy, there are so many things that you can do with the app. You can clean by zones, by rooms, all your house, etc.The vaccum noise is normal. Suction is phenomenal. Battery life is enough to clean a house with 3 bedrooms, office, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Is not that expensive if you buy it when Amazon has a promotion. I have already used the mopping feature too, and it works great!If you want to invest your money wisely, and live in a clean house, get one! I strongly recommend it!

Good vacuum if you don’t have black rugs, okay mop
The app is great and I really appreciate being able to set up no-go zones for both mopping or mop+vacuum. It does a great job making sure all areas are covered and the battery life on the robot holds up for my large one bedroom apartment for both a thorough vacuum followed by a mopping.The vacuum is fairly powerful and the auto empty works well. Of the three robotic vacuums I’ve had so far, this one gets the edges of a room way better.However it’s also much taller than my previous vacuums which is annoying. I had to set a no go area around the couch chair to keep it from getting stuck under it everytime. Another thing, if you have a rug with any black on it you will have to tape over the sensors on the bottom to get it to vacuum that area. This worked fine for me since I don’t have stairs, but I could imagine it being problematic.The mop has an annoying design flaw. The Velcro holding it on is at the back of the mop pad, so anytime the robot goes over a bump (i.e. cord or different floor heights between rooms) it folds up underneath and you’re only mopping with half the pad. I also don’t feel the water releases fast enough so I rewet the pad manually a few times during the mop cycle. Not sure if that’s due to the folded pad or designed that way. That being said, I do feel it does a decent pre mop to make manually mopping easier.

Best investment so far!
I got this about month and half ago to clean up after my pets mostly. And I am seriously impressed. After this entire time of use.. I absolutely love this item. The functions, including mapping, mopping, notifications…are all excellent. Fact so much is controllable from the app is even better. So far got stuck once with a toy in a corner but all else has functioned far better than any previous item I have had. Makes a huge difference in dust and hair and floors look cleaner. Mopping is great, and it covers all the spot mopping needed so I only need to do a major deep mopping once a month now. Am very happy with this!

Excellent Customer Service!! (UPDATED)
(UPDATED) After submitting my original review, customer service reached out and offered to send a new vacuum free of charge to replace the one they felt was faulty. There are not many companies with such dedicated customer service and I appreciate that! I hope the new one has better suction, I have to say the others with 5 star reviews do not seem to be having issues with it like I was. Easy to recommend purchasing from a company that takes care of you!Original Review:Mapping was excellent. Instructions easy enought to follow. Setup was easy, app worked well. Mop worked ok, not great. But, the vacuum itself has very poor suction. It seems to pick up medium size debris but when attempting to clean coffee grounds or dirt off the floor it leaves a lot behind. Battery Life was good and overall the robot seemed to follow commands as it should.I am returning product because while it does a lot of things well, it doesn’t perform its primary function.Attached is a video and a before and after picture of coffee grounds when the robot was running on Turbo mode.

I bought this on prime day for like $300. So I will review it as a $300 system, instead of a $500 system, which I think may be slightly above its fair market value.App and Setup:Overall, the LIDAR mapping feature worked excellently, it was easy to connect to WiFi, worked right away out of the box, and the app was easy to use. They also have walkthrough videos if you need the assistance.Cleaning:I prepped my space, it did a mapping and cleaning, and then I setup the digital map to be the proper rooms I wanted.- I like that I can decide what it will do in each room, I have it vacuuming and mopping in the kitchen, and the vacuum at medium power. But then in the living room I have it only vacuuming at max power because of the carpet. This is a great feature that works well.- I can also schedule it to clean certain rooms at certain times, or double clean a room, which is nice.- 30square meters for my main floor, and it vacuums and mops 66% and vacuums at high power the other 33% and it usually has 60-65% battery still left over.- I can’t edit the map as much as I want to, it won’t let me fix “mapping errors” that it creates, but it does update the map each time it cleans and seems to refine it every cleaning.Cleaning effectiveness:- vacuum is great, zero issues there and lots of good features to keep the cleaning products working well (like a comb to catch hairs that would get caught).- the mop is okay. You have to fill the water reservoir manually and it probably lasts two mops in my space. It also is just a pad that slides along the floor, so it won’t scrub or really clean anything super well. But the idea with these sorts of robots is that continued, regular use will do 80-90% of the work, and then you can do the 10% by hand that it can’t handle. Which I think it achieves that goal very well.Overall, it stands up against the $1,000 model I wanted to get really really well. I wish I didn’t have to manually refill the mop all the time, but other than that it’s been a great experience for a third of the price!I have a 3 year old toddler and 2 cats. It seems to handle what they throw at it without much issue.I do take the time to clear the floor before it cleans. Like any robot it will struggle with small toys, strings, etc. that are left behind.

I have this one for 5 months now and all is greatthis is my second robot vacuum, it is a must to have a self empty bin, otherwise you get the hassle to clean it eveytime. it will not replace the full floor cleaning, but i do every 2 month.it creates it’s own mp that you can add virtual walls or restricted places ( can be restricted totaly or just wash or vaccum)the reason i gave 4 stars is because i have to refill the water half way if i want to do a full size cleaning ( i have 1500 square feet) but if i program less water it will be ok, but the cleaning is lesss efficient, but gets all the dog hair.For a budget wise and quality overall i really suggest it

Very happy with the vacuum and mopping. Does a great job going from hardwood to carpet. Mapping is excellent. Downfall is the app which lost two stars. Didn’t communicate well with Google. Had to install smart Life. Which worked very well with Google. Another problem is you can’t have two maps at least I haven’t figured that out yet. It would be nice to have a map for mopping only and another map for the entire floor. If someone knows how to do this please let me know, putting up a no-go zone makes zero sense for a mop only job when you can’t have two maps.After a week of playing with this unit I am still happy with it over all however the App does not work very well for splitting up mopping and vacuum duties. creating a no Mop zone is not that easy. took a few hours to setup and can’t get it to mop right next to carpet on all sides. their should be an easier way.
