Works as it should
Great product and have not had any issues with it. Paired well with my phone. No issues with clarity. I have had the product for a month and so far it works great. Easy to see when packages are being delivered or if friends or family arrives at the front door.

Refurbished ring camera
Itâs a Refurbished ring camera and so far no issues at all . It was an easy setup. I went with the adhesive tape and it holds awesome! Itâs only been a couple months so Iâll just keep an eye on it and see if I need to use the screws down the road. Overall, Itâs been a good experience with this purchase.

So glad I didn’t pay full price for this. It came so well packaged, I would have never have known it wasn’t brand new unless I didn’t buy it myself. I have not had one single issue, everything works perfectly. Great investment for my apartment.

Poor battery life and connectivity
Battery life ~2 weeks and poor connectivity despite router being mounted in same spot of wall (doorbell outside router in). Waste of money

Iâve never bought a certified refurbished product off Amazon before, so I was a bit hesitant at first. I had an older version of the Ring Doorbell prior to this, and the Doorbell Plus is a great upgrade! The fisheye camera lens is great in my opinion, much more clear and wider view than my previous one. Night quality is great as well. Super easy to replace where my prior doorbell was and all the tools you need are provided. Iâd highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or replacement doorbell, but donât want to spend the full price on it!
