No technical service available?
I have 6 dots. 4 3rd generation & 2 5th generation. 2 of my 3rd generation dots continually light up as though I’m receiving notifications. For over a year now & I’ve tried to get info on how to fix it. No replies from any of the resources I’ve tried to contact. If anyone has had success in making contact with Amazon Echo tech support, Please share such with me. Thank you.

Without doubt the worst Dot. Iâm giving up and trashing it
Even sitting within three feet of me, I almost always have to repeat commands at least twice, sometimes as many as five times and sometimes it never works at all. The earlier Dot and even the version before that worked much better at responding to commands. Amazon garbage.
