Surprisingly great
Works well and is easy to use right out of the box. The iOS app is also good and allows you to see the actual readout in detail. And no subscription necessary! Itâs very small and lightâyou can easily bring it on a ride or run.The device helpfully flags abnormalities in real time, without needing to read the chart. Immediately confirmed that I was experiencing arrhythmia.Good job Emay!

Works well, no gliches
Works well with my phone and the free app. Easy to use and connect with my phone if necessary to send strips to my doctor and to monitor issues from day-to-day. Good value, recommended.

Superb portable monitor for quick and easy use
I have intermittent heart rate irregularities which typically do not appear (mainly due to both the intermittent pattern of these and the very limited time MD visits typically take) when I visit my primary care physician. I purchased this portable monitor with the goal to capture the irregularities when they were occurring in real time at home. The monitor was superb for this purpose. It arrived fully charged and ready to use. The instruction booklet is superbly structured and easy to follow. Within minutes of its arrival, I was able to establish normal read samples and several reads which showed the irregularities. Using the app, I was able to send printouts of these as attachments via email to my primary care physician, had a quick followup visit, and a good plan going forward. Thanks again, this is a great product which has added great value to me.

Works Great!
Easy to set up and use, nice convenient size that you can take with you on the go, works great and is easy to use . I like that it links up to the app and you get immediate reports that you can send to your doctor if needed.

Easy to use, good app that is fast and trouble free.
This app works perfectly. I cannot speak to accuracy since I don’t have another device to compare it to and the nature of the heart condition being so inconsistent. If I am using it correctly, the graph is shown on the phone app but not the meter. There are several ways to hold the meter to obtain the reading. The screen is clear to read. This is charged with a usb cord supplied. It is very short.Storage for readings is good and easy to edit. There is a short learning curve to understand the medical conditions listed on the results. (these are shown in the manual)I like the reassurance of having this meter but it can be obsessive if you allow it to be so I would suggest to stick to a schedule suitable for you. (i.e. 1 x per day?) Good product.

Great Accurate interpretation. Easy to use once learn how
I am a physician and bought this as was feeling irregular heart beat at home. This is a great home single lead EKG that is easy to use once a few minutes of practice. Connects to your smart phone and can then see or print out the EKG to bring to your doc. The interpretations ( arrhythmia , normal etc) are accurate. Cordless ( usb charge recharge) very convenient.

Emay Portable EKG Recorder
Iâve experienced twice now getting very warm and dizzy. My pulse was 189 and my blood pressure being 172/84. Not good. My cardiologist had me go thru every heart test with negative results. I am once again wearing a heart holter. In my case itâs hard to tell because I never know when it will happen again. A nurse recommended to me the Emay Portable EKG Monitor. It is smaller than my cell phone, easy enough to set up and carry with me at all times. I charge it by USB. Once I get the record, I can save as Image or PDF file. I can then forward to my cardiologist. It reads and records just like in the office. A well made product that a doctor will accept to help diagnose my issues. I would highly recommend this product.

Easy to Use ECG Monitor
I just received this monitor and though I’m not tech savvy, it was very easy to set up to my phone and to use.I have MVP and I can never get to a doctor in time for an EKG when I have my irregular heart rhythm (it usually happens at night when my doctor wouldn’t be available). I’m really looking forward to using this device for my next episode.I played around with it a little bit after setting it up to send to my cardiologist (which is also easy). The first 2 reads were very kaotic, like an earthquake ha ha.I was quite nervous, but my cardiologist said it’s just interference from something or my position. So the next time I took off my fit bit and sat up right and relaxed and it worked prefect and had no abnormalities (which should be as expected since I was not having an event)The pulse even matched what my fit bit was showing (before I took it off to do the ECG)I love the size and the ease of use. I’m also very happy that I don’t need a monthly subscription.I just down loaded the Ap and I can see every thing on my phone. And text or email the strip to any one I want.So far so good! This could be a life saver!

I needed a reliable Arrhythmia Device that was Accurate-The Emay EMG-20 has several good reviews and rated as the best of its type compared to other similar devices on several different websites-so I chose this device-it is very easy to use-has several types of heart measurements which is amazing-records on the device itself and I upload my recordings to my iMac and iPad easily-the instruction manual is very detailed and easy to understand-I also like being able to use the device different ways-the sensors in my experience have worked very well-I have had no difficulty picking up Heart signals at all-also this device has support if you need it.

I’ve recently had Bigeminy happening to my heart and rather than try to feel when its happening, this wonderful little device shows me and confirms them. It also records the findings and creates a graph so I can show my heart specialist, which is excellent! Very grateful to the inventors of this little device..(which fits nicely into my hard reading glass case, so that’s a bonus). The fact i can use it anywhere, at anytime is extremely convenient and it’s very easy to use. Easy step by step User Manual too! ð
