Doesn’t work
I returned this item and I am still waiting for my refund to get through and it’s been a week. I can’t get a hold of anyone to help me get refund. I am disappointed and dissatisfied.

It works!
You have to add BOILING water (microwave 1 minute) to the cup then your juice then the tablet then turn it on to mix. I missed the boiling water part when I first did it and it didnât work. The cup is basically a mixer. My second try with the hot water worked perfectly. When I put my homemade mask on my face I was in heaven. It felt so cooling and had excellent coverage. I used water and mix in various types of lotions. My only concern is buying more collagen pills.

I followed the directions to the t I even allowed the mass to stay in the refrigerator overnight and it was still liquidy the next day I put exactly what it told me to do as well as the tablet the college and tablet that came with it it never hardened.

Doesn’t work
You have to use an actual blender first before using the juice and water mixer. When you pore it into the mold, it doesn’t harden. I tried freezing it but it didn’t work.

Dieses Gerät gehört jetzt auch oft zu meinem Wellnessprogramm. Das Wasser sollte heià sein und ich hole auch immer genau diese Tabletten dazu. Andere aus der Drogerie haben bei mir nicht funktioniert. Meine Lieblingsmaske ist mit Kamillentee. Mein Sohn macht alle möglichen Masken und experimentiert immer. Funktioniert auch
