The support (via “800” number) was the best I’ve seen. While initially stumped during the set-up, the support tech was patient and supportive. Support number hooked me up with someone in the USA! Only difficulty I have had is with the wi-fi portion. . . .from time to time I have to turn my phone off and re-boot for the device to accept the signal. The reading told me about my heart rythem and the ability to print-out the reading is great to take with you for your next office visit (avoiding ECG in office costs). I would recommend this product in a “heart-beat”
