What you are getting is lead 1 of a standard 12 lead ECG. Though the algorithm has only been validated to report normal rhythm and atrial fibrillation with reasonable accuracy, a qualified clinician would be able to spot some other dysrhythmias e.g ventricular ectopics and advise a full ECG where appropriate.
