Decent lock, but cannot be re-keyed
Fingerprint sensor seems fairly accurate, pin works fine. App control makes managing access far easier than other locks I have used. Only problem with this lock is that it cannot be re-keyed. Lock plug and pins are a non standard size, so getting it keyed to an existing key is not an option.

Easy to setup
Love this lock. Was super easy to program with finger print, code, key card, etc. installation was a snap. I set everything up on the table to ensure it would work and it sure did. Also got the G2 gateway setup. Only downfall is that the access cover for the key has to be removed completely to insert the key. Itâs easy to remove but I thought it would just turn out is the way. But probably will never need the keyAlso linked to Alexa

It stopped working after two months. Thankfully seller confirmed to refund it. But Amazon took 13$ because it was out of their “return window”. I’ve chatted for several days with seller and Amazon, still didn’t get the full refund.

Got this for the entry door from the garage, you know just in case someone left eh garage door open. I wanted something that allowed easy hassle-free entry. This lock has great features and they all work. Installation took me about 45 mins. The lock mechanism mostly fitted in/around the holes left by the previous manual lock, although I had to chisel out about 4mm from the door jam so the locking bar would engage. The steps are nicely laid out in plain language and easy to follow. Once setup I first tried the manual key entry, then I downloaded the app (TTlock) and connected the lock via Bluetooth. So far so good. There’s no written instructions with this for setting up the app features, so to give others permission to open the lock with the app you have to set up “eKeys” and not “Passcodes. Permissions can be set up Permanent, Timed, or Recurring, whether it’s eKeys, Passcodes, or fingerprints. I was a little worried about the fingerprint part because I’ve had items with that so-called feature that still opened up for any fingerprint, but this worked on this lock! I set up my wife’s then tried to open it with a different fingerprint and it failed, but worked on hers. So I now have it set up for all home occupiers, confident this work. The key fobs are really easy to set up too, and you simply hold the programmed fob close to the lock to open it. Currently I have it set up for key use, fob use, fingerprint use, and passcode use. I’m very satisfied with this lock!I want to finish up with a great word for customer service. The first item sent was DOA but IFYOUCOM responded immediately and after a couple troubleshooting steps agreed it was DOA and immediately sent out a replacement to arrive next day. AWESOME SERVICE!
