Wow just wow what firming lotion and this take did in a few weeks is what many spend thousands on ! The first picture was 12/20/2021 ye second is sometime In February 2022 after my second taping I usually keep it on for 3-4 days. Yes I bathed with it on I pat dry & wore a sweat band over it to seal in the firming lotion, I also removed it with the lotion it was still very sticky with it on after 4 days & showers

Very good for the price, but not the best.
It has worked as intended and did the job. But, its not as good or comfortable as a more expensive brand we bought before. If quality is more important then price find another choice. If you just want it to work at the lowest cost, this is a good choice.

I have an old lower Achilles injury (partial tear) that periodically gets inflamed causing real pain. It had been hurting for days when I decided to try this trick (kinetic tape) my daughter learned from her PT. Looked up how to apply this to a lower Achilles injury on YouTube then began applying the following morning. The results were basically instantaneous with there being only mild discomfort. The next day I woke and got out of bed with absolutely no pain or discomfort whatsoever. I was amazed so I read up on how this works physiologically. I was amazed at the explanations but they all made sense from blood flow to nerve pressure released to improving inflammation and so on. Very cool and awesome solution for old injuries.

I can walk without over stressing my joints
I use this product on my knees, as I have bone resorption in both of them. When properly applied( trial and error for me), it’s very helpful. I can walk down the steps without strain and stress on my knees when I use it.

Perfect for what I need but Iâm using it on thin skin on my pregnant belly and taking it off kinda of feels like Iâm peeling my skin off, think I will use some kind of alcohol wipe next time to make it easier. On the plus side very stickie!

Reduces pain, but irritating adhesive
I was using it for my hip pain and it helped a lot. Stuck well, even through hot yoga and a shower. Unlike other tapes Iâve used, this one frays a lot and the tape and glue are very hard to remove. I had to stop using it because the glue was irritating my skin, to the point where it was red and painful for a day or two after removing it.
