Packed full of useful information
Iâve been using Google Analytics just about every day for the past 12 years, and I am amazed how many new things I learned reading this book. Mark explains how to deploy some very advanced capabilities in a way that is interesting and easy to understand. I definitely recommend this book to any technical marketer looking to push the boundaries of GA4.

All text
GA4 is a very convoluted web application. To make a book that is all text with no screenshots is ridiculous. It’s hard to believe others would think buyers would have liked this book.

Tiene buena pinta pero no puedo opinar objetivamente porque no era el libro adecuado para mi objetivo

Google have received a lot of criticism for GA4: their latest version of Analytics, and successor to Universal AnalyticsThis book helped our team understand what’s different (and better) about GA4, in a really engaging & practical styleThe title is a bit misleading – this isn’t a general introduction to the navigation and reports. But it does help you understand more about how GA4 works and the potential it has to help you develop your e-commerce businessLooking forward to Marks next book, whatever it is about!

Bought this expecting a step by step guide to understanding the back-end of GA, only to find with the first few pages that the book ‘assumes a comprehensive knowledge of Java’. I understand the importance of installation but when you work for an organisation that has an established GA account, this book doesn’t give you the need to know information.I acknowledge that this review is harsh as I’m sure the content is perfect for those with experience with the software. However, that just isn’t me. I look forward to updating this review at a later date.

This is a great book for an overview of GCP and interlinking with GA4. This is such a huge subject it could take volumes but despite occasionally dipping into R, I think the author does a great job.
