Well written and easy to understand
The author does a great job of thoroughly explaining the in and outs of Power BI while still making his points straightforward and easy to understand. This book is great for both people getting started with Power BI and seasoned users, I definitely learned some things I had never come across before. Highly recommend!

Tedious flow
First: This book’s visualization illustrations are in black and white and way too small. As such, they are useless. The publisher should provide PDFs of all of the illustrations. If they are available I could not find them. Second: Be patient with the author’s writing style. He is confusing at times where the sequence of his intended steps seem out of order. Third: After completing the first six chapters go back and repeat chapters two – through six. At this point the ah-ha begins and your retention level of the learnt skill will be quite satisfying. There is a rich body in this book. It just takes and little back and forth and perhaps a magnifying glass.
