Loving my Level Lock!!!
I recently installed the Level Lock in my home and I’m really impressed! Its really sleek and modernâ¦you can tell they spend a lot on the designâ¦both inside and out. The best part is it works flawlessly with HomeKit. I get a notification every time the door locks or unlocks, which is great for me with young kids.I had some worries about security, like the risk of hacking, but the Level Lock looks just like a regular lock. It doesn’t scream ‘high-tech’, so I doubt it’ll catch a thief’s eye.The only criticism, I wished the instructions were in the app, but the QR codes provided led me to easy-to-follow steps. It wasn’t a big deal at all.Overall, super happy with this purchase. It’s a perfect blend of style, convenience, and security. Definitely worth 5-stars!

WELL MADE AND THOUGHT OUT
We looked at all the smart locks on Amazon, and after considering looks and features, we went with this lock. The packaging is very much in the Apple style, with clear instructions. I didn’t measure the hole in my door for the lock, and the one I wanted to use was too small. Fortunately, I have three locks; the second one I chose had ample room. I did need to use my multitool and chisels to make room for the larger strike plate. Once installed, the software is easy to use. The only concern I still have is how much actual range the keypad has because I had to try several times to get it to link with the lock from less than ten feet away. The process is straightforward for the average DIY person. I know it’s a challenge to measure the lock hole diameter in the winter because you must remove the existing lock for an accurate measurement. But not having to fumble with keys when coming home in the dark or rain and snow is well worth the effort. This is an excellent investment. Thank You, Level Lock, for making a great product.

Stealthy Smart Deadbolt.
I love it. A smart deadbolt that looks just like a regular deadbolt.I’m blind (and dumb) but managed to install the deadbolt, keypad, and wifi smart hub in an hour or so.I really don’t like the deadbolts / door locks that have a keypad built in. I think they look ugly, cumbersome, and very 2005. That’s why I really like this unit.

Hands down the best smart lock!
This lock was easy to install in place of my existing lock. I couldnât believe how little time it took for me to switch my lock over to this smart lock! My favorite feature is the auto lock setting which gives me added peace of mind knowing the door will lock by itself based on my settings, especially when I forget to.The ability to share the keyless keypad code with anyone has made every day life easier! I can have contractors come when Iâm not home by using a temporary access code. The smart lock has been awesome for my teenagers to use. They sometimes forget their house key, but now they donât have to worry since they can use the app or the keyless keypad for entry.I highly recommend this smart lock, it has been a game changer for my family!

Not worth the money
 So Iâve been using for about 2weeks and this is a honest review⦠so it was easy to set up but sometimes the lock it stuck. Stuck to the point you canât use your key to lock it or the knob to lock or unlock⦠so you have to take the lock completely out and reinstall they whole thing.. but other than that I havenât found no issues with itâ¦I GOT LOCKED OUT MY HOUSE!!!! Donât buy

It works as a smart lock while looking like a regular lock
There was an issue with the Level app, but customer support was able to fix it quickly. I was able to get the lock to work with the Level Connect wifi and the keypad with no problem. Plus, the lock meets my condo associations requirements as it matches the color of my previous lock.

The Smart Lock I’ve been waiting for!
I’ve been on the lookout for a smart lock that checks all the right boxes and Level hit a home run with the Lock Connect Keypad! I wanted a smart lock that didn’t look like a smart lock, but still had a keypad, and the ability to control it while we’re away from home. Installing the lock was pretty straight forward and the ability to mount the keypad away from my door makes it very discreet (it’s actually invisible as you’re walking up to my front door). My wife loves the way it looks and the kids are excited they don’t have to remember their keys anymore!

Nice look, but unreliable
When I unboxed this, I was very impressed with the look and feel. It feels well-made. Because of the unique configuration of my door, this is the only lock that I have been able to find that will fit. I installed it and made adjustments to ensure that it was completely unhindered as it slides into the channel to lock and unlock. Once installed, I connected it to the wifi very easily. That is when things went from awesome to eh.Here is a list…1. The auto-unlock feature hardly works. It doesn’t matter what I do or how I do it. I have only had it work one time.2. Because it does not have a sensor, the auto-lock feature cannot detect if the door is open or closed. You may walk outside for a quick second, but if you do it near the auto-lock time, you will have to punch in your code. It is not quite smart enough to figure that aspect out.3. Although the latch operates with absolutely zero hindrance, 7/10 times, the lock will not unlock the latch completely. I sat there entering and reentering my code and you could hear the mechanism working, but the door was not unlocking. My wife stood inside and realized that the latch would only move about halfway, then it would stop. I have tried resetting it, re-calibrating it, uninstalling and reinstalling…Nothing fixes it.4. Integration with Google Home is horrible. I have linked it to my Google Home. The first time I attempted to use Google to open the door and lock it, it worked. Since then, Google informs me that there was a problem connecting to my Level lock. I have unlinked, relinked, reset, etc. Nothing has worked.Because of the unreliability, we are using it like a regular door lock. I will be returning it as soon as I get home today. Such a great concept, but poor performance. I want to like it so badly, especially with all of the amazing reviews, but they sorely missed the mark on this particular unit.
