Be should it works
Purchased and tried to install to find out it can not work for my out dated desk top and never installed and could not be returned.

could not download it on my new computer…but did have an existing subscription on my old computer that I was able to transfer and get it up and running. So didnt need it after all.

This has got to be a joke!
Absolutely no product key provided or included in order for you to access Microsoft 365. Just endless, frustrating loops between useless page to even more useless pages. But always bringing you back to the starting point and not a product key to be found. Spent HOURS doing this pointless exercise before calling Amazon tech support who are even more useless. What so freaking hard about simply including the product key in the email? Why the wild, fruitless goosechase?? I will NEVER AGAIN buy downloadable products from Amazon! It’s always the biggest freaking hassle! UGH!

Could not install
I bought a subscription to Microsoft Office 365, but when I went to install it, all I got was errors. I got no help from Microsoft, I got no help from Amazon, I got no Office installed, I only got errors.This absolutely sucks. DO NOT BUY OFFICE 365 FROM AMAZON; IT DOESN’T WORK.Came back to it the next day and it loaded up quickly and easily. Maybe it was the CrowdStrike problem Microsoft was having that day. Who knows?

BEWARE – Not formulated for use in USA!!
Amazon is selling this product on the US based website to US customers and once you go to download it, youâll see an error code this product is not formulated for use in this region. This key code – if it works at all – is only compatible in a different region of the world. And who knows which one since Amazon lists no disclaimer on the productâs description of limited use based on your worldwide region.One star given since Amazon customer service digital team was able to issue a refund despite the app not allowing one. Save yourself the hassle and purchase direct from Microsoft.

NIGHTMARE TRYING TO DOWNLOAD
Cannot get help on how to download this software. Frankly, think Microsoft is stealing from customers. Had on older computer, had to purchase new laptop as I could not get to ANY of my documents without renewing and downloading. So purchase new laptop, had to take to a technician to get documents from old to new computer. Now trying to access new MS OFFICE SOFTWARE on new computer. Ugh!!!

This does not add the subscription WHICH I paid for
I have been trying to get the apps to work, but they keep asking me to subscribe, even though I already paid for this! It’s so frustrating! I’ve been attempting to use the apps, and it keeps prompting me to subscribe, even though I’ve already paid for it. It’s so frustrating!
