🟣 Freo Mode: From hands-free to mind-free. Narwal Freo mopping robot inherited mop self-cleaning, self-washing, and drying that integrates vacuum & mop. Under Freo mode, this robot vacuum and mop combo make optimal cleaning decisions and actions, redefining the auto-cleaning logic in your life.
🟣 Dirtsense Ultra Clean: Different from other robot mops and vacuums, the Dirtsense* tech of Freo Intelligently detects how dirty the mops are. Then Freo sanitizes the mop pads in high-speed spinning with the exact amount of water mixed with the scientific ratio of floor cleaner(included in the package).
🟣 Smart Swing Mopping: Dust and stains along walls and baseboards can be hard to reach for many robot mops and vacuums. Thanks to the Corner-Traps* technology, the Freo robot vacuum and mop combo periodically activates Smart Swing that deals with the dust in corners and baseboard.
🟣 Deeper and Safer Clean: The patented high-speed spinning mop pads deliver 12N downward force. The original triangular design boasts seamless rotation, leaving no streaks behind. The downward force can be flexibly chosen on various flooring types. Vinyl, tile, laminate, hardwood floors, marble…Narwal robot mop and vacuum does no harm to your floor with deep cleaning.
🟣 Three Mop Drying Modes: Mop pads can be foul if not drying well after mopping. Freo robot vacuum and mop combo feature dual air tunnels with 40℃ gentle heat, ensuring the mop pads are thoroughly dried after every use. Every mopping is simple and sanitary.
🟣Note: The supported network of the Narwal Freo robot vacuum and mop combo is 2.4G WiFi. However, since most routers support both 2.4G and 5G, in order to ensure the machine’s stability, it is recommended to switch to 2.4G WiFi when using the robot by following the instructions of your router setup.

If you have OCD about clean hardwood/tile/laminate floors, THIS IS YOUR ROBOT!
I have really bad OCD about my floors being clean. I used to spend an hour every day cleaning just 400 sqr ft of laminate and tile floor by hand (cleaning multiple times a day). Now, I just let this guy clean 1 or 2 times a day and that’s it. It really is that good! I can’t image any other robot being able to clean as well as this does.We get a lot of oil strains from food, oil stains from my gf’s 18,000 lotions and creams, you name it, and I was really skeptical this would actual clean them given it does not dry the floors after. But it really works well. By default, it will go back and clean it’s pads after every 108 sqr ft, but you can set it lower or higher, or after every room. I had surgery and was unable to clean the floors for a week. After the first pass in the kitchen, it had the typical smeared greasy water look on the floor, it went back, cleaned it’s pads, and after the second pass, the floor was as almost as clean as I could get it by hand, after a full week of grease stains. The only things it did not get were caked on stains, which is to be expected, it doesn’t have a scraper function (yet). After using it for a few days now, the floors ARE as clean as if I cleaned it by hand.If you have OCD about your floors being clean, this robot is for you. Don’t waste your time or money on robots that can’t clean their own pads. They will cross contamination once they get dirty and they you have to clean the pads yourself and dry them. When this robot is done, it will go back to the base station, wash it’s pads, and then dry them, and it really does dry them. It does take a few hours to dry, but it’s pretty quiet. The entire robot is very quiet. I could be on a zoom meeting with it running and it would be fine. The cons I will mention are as follows:- The suction power leaves room to be desired. They claim 3000pa is only 2% worse than 4000pa, I disagree. My Mova Robot Vacuum with 4000pa leaves noticeable lines in the fully carpeted areas of our apartment showing it’s clean. This does not, and leaves stuff behind on our low pile rug in our dining room which is on the laminate floors. It works great on hard surfaces though.- Can not clean fully carpeted areas without dragging it’s mops all over, then going back to clean the mops that it didn’t even using on the carpet before doing maybe 1/5 of the room, will waste tons of cleaning solution for nothing.- Does not empty the trash automatically- Runs through the water very fast. For about 400 sqr ft, it uses more than half a tank. So I need to refill it after every use. One youtube review said you can empty and refill it once a month, I don’t know what he was smoking, because it is an after every use thing. If you have a really big floor, this could be a problem.- The cleaning solution is proprietary, and not cheap. It is a decent sized bottle, we’ll see how long it lasts. That’s about it. I thought this would replace my Mova, but it is not quiet there yet. Maybe the next version they release will really be an all in one. The vacuum is great for hard surfaced floors, it just doesn’t clean carpet that well. I will be keeping my MOVA for the fully carpeted area because it does an excellent job.If your like me, and have OCD about your hard surface floors being clean, this is the robot for you. It really does replace a human, assuming you don’t splash food everywhere and leave it for days to cake onto the floors.Update: It’s been around 2 years now, and it’s still running great with no issues. If you notice the mops not cleaning well, you either need to clean the tray out that the mops wash on, (the holes get plugged with lint so it can’t clean the mops well) or replace the cleaning solution. I just replaced the mops for the first time after 1 years and 8 months because it finally started coming apart. For me, running it twice a day, the cleaning solution lasts about 6 months, but I have to replace it with one third of the bottle still left because it seems like it’s not enough weight to force the correct amount of cleaning solution out and instead of consistent wet floor, I end up with a lot of beads of water (as it’s grease trying to bond to water molecules, which from science class, we all know they can’t). The cleaning solution is a big part in why this works so well (it creates the chemical bond to the grease to lift and stick it to the pads). The replacement parts and solution kit feels like a gouge at $200. But it is one to one and a half years worth of supplies, and for the time it saves me, or money I would spend hiring a house cleaner, I think it’s really quite cheap. It just annoys me when companies charge a 2000 percent markup over cost, just because they can.

Best Robot Vacuum/Mop We’ve Ever Owned
We’ve been robot vacuum users for over a decade now. We went through a couple of Roomba’s and always found them extremely noisy and did only an adequate job of vacuuming. Last year we tried a different company with an all-in-one mop and vacuum, but found it didn’t mop very well, vacuum didn’t do as well on hard floors as it did carpets, and tended to be loud and miss corners as well. We read really good things about the Narwal Freo, so we decided to try it out. Having had the product a few weeks now we can say that we absolutely love it.It has a nice pleasant design that fits in well with our home. But what wows us the most is its cleaning ability. We are a household of 3 humans and 4 cats, and with the pet hair and the cats tracking litter outside the box, having a good cleaning device is important. The Freo does a great job of vacuuming and mopping all in one command. We run it daily and our floors have never been cleaner. The other amazing thing is how quiet it is! Our old robot vacuums we could never run while sleeping or working from home because they were far too loud. The Freo we can run anytime and it doesn’t interrupt sleep or work video sessions. The app is intuitive and easy to use. Connecting it to our home wifi was a snap. We were able to map our house and designate different rooms, so sending the Freo to just do certain rooms is very easy. If there is one little nitpick is that it can only store one map at a time. If you have a multi-floor home, you’ll need to do a different map if you move it to a different floor. Checking out the vendor website it says that is a feature that should be coming in the near future. With the Freo we have finally found our great cleaning device that is efficient, does a great job, is quiet, and easy to use. Even our family has remarked how much better our floors look recently. When we showed them the Freo in action, they said that now they need to get one too! And they also were impressed how quiet it was yet still did an amazing job of cleaning. Having purchased this, I can’t see us ever looking at another manufacturer again. We finally have the vacuuming and mopping robot that meets all of our needs.

This change my life and mad if easy. Its friendly user. Works really well and gets into the area which I thought its impossible to reach or could not be detected but to my surprise this Freo Robot gets the job done. vacuum/mops 100%. Now, I always come to a clean, neat home. Highly recommended for those who have pets at home. Its worth the money.

Got this after lot of deliberation and lot of convincing that I had to do with the family 😉 . The robot is amazing at mopping but it might not be able to take the dust if there is some work happens at home. The Robot is eerily silent .Pros:1. The tech and overall UI of the Robot is very good.2. Lot of customization options3. No Mopping by Manually – Yippppe4. Its looks COOL at home.Cons:1. Its expensive2. Accessories like the floor cleaning liquid is also expensive3. Average Mopping with no auto cleaning option for Vacuuming4. Again Its Expensive…..

This is probably the best purchase of my adult life. I was very hesitant to spend this kind of money on a robot vacuum but after doing some research I decided to give it a shot and I’m so glad I did. I haven’t vacuumed or mopped my house in almost 2 years. The options of choosing the floor type, suction power, schedule and all the different modes are great. This thing moved with me to another continent and went from laminate to tile floors with no issues.I have it set on a schedule to clean around my cat’s litterbox so there’s no more tracking. The water tanks are spacious and last about two cleanings before having to empty and refill.I rave about this to all my family and friends.

Hi, just been reading some other reviews on Amazon and on other websites, and I don’t understand some people complaining about this robot. I live with my wife my 19yr son and two short hair cats and one long haired chihuahua in a four and a half apartment. I don’t expect any robot at any price point to be able to be perfect. I also have a iRobot j9+ self emptying vac that CAN move around objects but I still pick up all the cat toys and dog toys, I pick up anything I can to make the robot work at its best. If people think they can just leave anything and everything on the ground, well they are wrong. The Narwal works great if you just take 10 minutes to tidy up your place. I live in an apartment that has 5 rooms, just average size nothing huge at all. One has laminate floor, one has wood herringbone floor, the bathroom has linoleum on the floor and the two bedrooms have 3inch wood planks. In the hall that connects all these rooms is covered in the usual landlord approved grey industrial carpet. The Narwal is better at mapping with the laser lidar, it’s smoother going around the apartment, quieter, does NOT bang into anything, it slows up just before and kisses the wall and turns around and keeps on going. My iRobot j9+ has a little better suction but is louder and really bangs into into stuff. I also make sure that I keep the robots in good working order. Every third or fourth run I empty the dust bins on both, wipe down the robots with just a slightly moist micro fibre cloth. I take out the rollers and pull the hair off the ends and and wipe down the sensors, lastly I blow them clean with a rechargeable air gun. I get the Narwal to vacuum first then mop the floors in all my rooms. Then I take out the dirty water container to see how dirty the water is, and I did not think my floors were that dirty. I run the iRobot every second day on just the carpet, and the dust bin is full of cat and dog hair and grey dust, it’s crazy. So please don’t think you can just set them up and forget about them. I hope this helps and makes sense, all these robots are good, you just have to do some upkeep. Thanks
