Solid protection with some annoying features
I have installed this on multiple computers and cell phones, and it works well overall. There are some features such as safe search returns sponsored items and not much additional information (don’t like it). Have not used the password keeper feature as it seems a bit cumbersome to have to connect to the vault and generate passwords separately to be used by your browser of choice. Still looking to review that more. While the suite seems solid from a reputable group for anti-virus, firewall, PC tune-up scans, the VPN seems like an odd function. The scans tell me my home Wi-Fi is safe while the VPN says it not and turns on. You can turn this off or use the auto feature, but that essentially defaults to on in my case. This is another area that needs further review, but the VPN will get in the way of normal traffic while trying to do its job. Overall, the primary functions and features work well as expected but the additional tools are still under review for their usefulness.

Norton Provides Defense For All Devices
I have had many kinds of defense software on my devices whether I bought them or they were provided by my wireless service or the company I bought my laptop from, be it McAfee, Total Defense, or Active Armor and the only one that works well is the one that I bought myself, Norton 360. I have had it in the past but didn’t keep the subscription up and went with the security that was provided by my wireless service and I paid for it by being hacked while I was using the McAfee that T Mobile provided. Norton 360 Premium Edition provides me with everything I need for all my devices whether it’s my Android phones and tablets my HP PROBOOK or my Acer Chromebook, it protects them all and does it effectively. The premium edition provides every type of protection you need in one swoop. It provides privacy protection that lets you know if and what information brokerages have your information and helps you request removal of it, it provides a secure VPN for unsafe wifi connections, top-of-the-line internet protection in a safe web browser, provides a top of line password, manager, up-to-date top of the line malware protection and identity protection and it does aĺ this for up m to 10 devices whether they are android, windows or chrome os, it protects all and when it went on sale for $39.99 on Amazon for 10 devices you can bet I jumped at the opportunity to get it for all my devices. Right now I have 7 devices connected to it my laptop, my Chromebook 3 cell phones, and 3 tablets and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. When I bought my other HP laptop back in November of last year it came with a year of Total Defense included so I thought okay I will install it on all my devices, I ended up disabling it on every one of them because it worked too well, preventing me from even going to my college’s official campus page and when I was ar tmobile I had McAfee and I was still hacked and just recently I got active armor through my at&t internet and wireless service and had to disable and Uninstall it on both my phone and my wifi because it was interning with both my wifi and cellular services as well as keeping me from my Norton protection.I recommend this for anyone looking for complete protection for multiple devices.

Great product has turned to a scummy cash grab
Norton does what it should. We all have a preferred AV, different reasons. But for me Norton’s always worked and I’m familiar with how it works, so I know when to take it seriously or not. Ive mostly used Norton since the 486DX…and I’ve been playing this foolish game for 4 years now, but I’m done. Not because of the service, but the super scummy re-bill process. For the past 4 years, I’ve been playing a cat and mouse game with billing and renewals with Norton. They are going to try and charge you anywhere from $120-$140 to renew this $30 product. They will bill you a random time really close to a month before the actual expiration. If you call, this fee somehow magically gets brought back down to $30 with little to no argument depending on how much of a clown the phone rep is.If you disable re-billing, you essentially get popups reminding you its off, and they do not ever go away, unlike all the bloatware reminders Norton tries to slip in. This year I put up with the nagging ads telling me to renew the subscription, and they STILL tried to bill me! Even with renew cancelled. Good thing it was an old card. I suddenly got popups, emails, texts and now even PHONE CALLS from Norton trying to get me to pay too much.Enough is enough. Pound sand Norton. I’ll probably have to reformat to get their stuff completely out of my system, but all my IT friends can finally stop nagging me over using this nonsense.

Works okay
I have been using Norton since the company started. While the software works okay, beware of the dark web portion as it does monitor and does notify you of what it finds, they charge a high price for them to fix the issues. They will point you in the direction for you to remedy the issues though, basically leaving you on your own or you can pay Norton to step in.Also beware this is an automatic yearly repurchase. Norton did charge my bank over a month early without notifying me (again) of the charge taking place to the tune of $166.22. I called them up for a refund in which I felt I was talking to a scam center. Willing to make me many high price choices and giving me false information about my choice of purchasing on Amazon. But I persisted and received my full refund from them to repurchase on Amazon.Again, the software works great, but the company needs to up it moral practices. They also tried to scam a month owed to me by the existing subscription I had. They will not give it to you unless you confront them. Be upfront about it. They will not volunteer in any way to just give it back to you. Be very direct and demand what is yours. They did correct the dates but only after I having confronted the situation persuasively.
