Norton 360 with LifeLock Select, All-in-one protection for your devices, privacy, and identity, 1 Year Auto-Renewing Subscription [Online Code]

The Problem is with Norton Customer Service.
I had Norton Lifelock (5 seat) license that was expiring and simply wanted to renew my subscription.But the Norton (on line) price was 3 x the Amazon price. So, I bought a new license from Amazon. But the new license was Virtually impossible to install via the online Norton system. So, I contacted their reps. After being bounced around to 3 separate reps and spending 2 hours online and in phone conversations, they were finally able to install my new software on one of my PCs. But they were completely incapable of transposing the other various (4) devices that I had connected. android Phones, android Tablets and Windows PCs. So, I am left to navigate their horrible systems to try to get my other devices connected/protected. I am sure that it would have gone seamlessly, if I had simply pressed the renew, button and paid 3 times the fee. I will NEVER do business with these clowns again.

Good protection, but the ads are driving me nuts
I use Norton 360 with Lifelock Select to scan my computer every day for virus and malware. But the ads are very annoying.At the end of every scan, it takes me1) 1 click and 2 seconds to dismiss the first ad, then2) 1 click to “Continue” and then3) another click and 3 seconds to dismiss the “Try it now” button.Having to do this on all my PCs and laptops is very time consuming an driving me crazy, because Norton doesn’t seem to remember what I selected.Also, since I paid for this service, I don’t expect to be harrassed for more money. Especially since you find out just how much Norton is *not* doing (because they want more money). It’s not much more than just a virus checker with VPN, password manager, and a lot of time-wasting ads that you can’t turn off.There’s a File Cleanup option for performance, but it is probably worthless because it doesn’t clean up much, since they want you to pay for Norton Utilities Ultimate to do any real cleaning.

Better than expected
Norton has been doing a great job updating their products making them easy to use while adding more features. But with LifeLock ID protection it’s even better. So far, very happy with it.

Watch out if you buy this as a renewal!
Instead of paying Norton’s outlandish renewal price, I decided to buy a new and discounted version at a fraction of the cost. With activation information in hand, I entered the code and an error message comes back that this cannot be installed because it is a duplicate of a social security number already followed on another account. My choices are to start a new account or give it away to someone I love. Instead, I think I will let the old one lapse (remember to halt the auto-renewal feature on the existing account), and install it after the old subscription expires. It is a good product, but every reminder to keep your computer in tip-top shape by running their their scans and updates is an opportunity for them to sell you yet another Norton product (for coverage you throught you already had – utilities, privacy monitor, anti-track). It seems there is no comprehensive product and their lack of transparency is bothersome.
