Easy read packed with insight
Hands down this should be a must read for every hotelier. At less than 100 pages, it does an incredible job describing high level concepts AND providing actionable recommendations. Unless you have formal training I guarantee this will open your eyes to all the faulty assumptions that you have been making when managing your inventory/rates.

Knowledge Is Power
This book is a critical read for anyone working in hospitality management. The larger hotel brands are diversifying and already moving into the vacation rental, hostel, and boutique hotel spaces and independently owned businesses need all the information they can so that they’re able to compete smart against all of their competition.Revenue Management Made Easy covers all of the critical points of efficient revenue management. The author has a thorough understanding of the subject both conceptually and practically. The book is direct, well-written, and easy to understand. It doesn’t pad out its length with filler like some volumes I’ve read and the content is well organized and respectful of your time. It comes in at 87 pages and doesn’t feel rushed.I especially appreciate how it wraps with an overview of the core points and reiterates the actionable insights of each section. As someone working to learn more about revenue and the hospitality industry, the glossary of terms included was also incredibly useful. The physical version is also worth it for the ability to easily highlight and mark things up.I absolutely reccomend Revenue Management Made Easy. It demystifies the concepts involved and separates them into manageable pieces. Regardless of your expierence level, this is a great read.
