Itâs really is a smart lock!!
This like was very easy to set up. The first one I purchased had a minor malfunction and had to be replaced. The Hornbill representative, Eunice was great with helping me get the issue resolved. And Eunice follow-up even after the lock was replaced and working properly was amazing!!! I really love the feature of the finger print and card useâ¤ï¸Thank you, Eunice again for the great customer support!!

Excellent after sale service
The initial device experienced a malfunction. I contacted the seller, who promptly provided troubleshooting tips. When these did not resolve the issue, the seller shipped a replacement device. The new device functions well and is easy to install. However, it exhibits latency issues with multiple users and does not support simultaneous connections from one app on different phones. Despite these drawbacks, the device has an attractive design, includes keys, and is reasonably priced.

Love the ease of use
Easy to install and use. The keypad and finger reader work great. The swipe badge does not. Very difficult to get the badge to set up. And then it’s unreliable when trying to open the door. I got this model specifically due to the swipe badges and we will not be using them. Pleased with everything else though.

Works extremely well, does what it states it can do and does it right
Once you set it up and get the wifi hooked in with the Gateway, it works as advertised. I like being able to lock and unlock my door from anywhere and I love the history as to who has been in and out of the door. The keys that come with it are easy to set up and work well. For the price this is an EXTREMELY good deal and worth the money. It is a small challenge to use the support as it is in Asia, but they answer quickly once they open up and are very good at explaining what needs to be done. They are also very polite.

Outstanding Customer Service
I have had this lock for about two months, and this was a replacement lock for another one (from a different company) that stopped working exactly after one year. This lock worked flawlessly for couple of days, then it started to have glitches. The fingerprint feature is a hit and miss where it works some days and then some days the fingerprint feature will NOT work. Also, there is a glitch with the auto lock feature where it does NOT automatically lock from time to time. My family and I have unknowingly left the house with the door closed thinking that the auto lock feature will automatically lock but we found it to be unlocked on few occasions upon returning home even though the door was still closed. Thankfully we were not robbed. In any case, buy this product at your own risk.UPDATE (6/6/2024) – After months of friendly and dedicated tech supports from Eunice & Barrett, we were unable to resolve the issues, so the company issued me the full refunds today. Thank you. I will still leave the product review at two STARS (**), but it’s definitely five STARS (*****) for tech support.UPDATE #2 (6/10/2024) – On top of receiving the refund for the glitchy lock, this company also sent me a replacement lock for free. Thank you again Barrett and Eunice for being persistent in resolving my issues. I truly appreciate it. I have not installed the replacement lock yet, but once I install and test it out, I will provide another review or will update this review.

Love love love!! The lock is so easy to use, finger print and codes are so easy to set up. Really like the IC cards too. Customer service is quick to answer and very helpful and nice. Mark explained everything so easily and helped me make sure everything was setup properly. I would purchase from them again. ð

This lock is super-easy to install and the directions are clear! Tech support with Eunice made the install and connections all run smoothly. Donât buy
Bluetooth doesnât work soon after installing. I have the WiFi gateway but that doesnât matter. I canât do anything near the lock or far away. Wonât unlock, canât change the passcode, the little card keys have never worked. Canât get them to connect in the app. You have to âaddâ a card key and this never works.
