Super cool tech and works perfect
I installed this on my brothers new house and its some 007 awesome tech. Not hard to set up and install and looks nice and sleek. The keyless entry is obviously convenient, and the palm vein tech adds an extra layer of awesome I didnât even know existed. The rechargeable battery is great versus the locks with regular batteries. the app control is user friendly, letting me lock and unlock the door remotely and works easily with the palm. I also love the autolock feature, it saves time and gives peace of mind knowing the door is always secure. Plus itâs waterproof and built to last. This lock has truly upgraded security and functionality upgrade for sure, highly recommend it.

Very Impressive & Simple
It’s absolutely amazing how far technology has come but we all know there’s products on the market that just don’t live up to their claims. This TCL lock works perfectly though. I liked the minimist design compared to others that just don’t have a tidy and orderly appearance. Installation was simple and the same as most other smart locks. I’m extremely impressed with how well the sensors work and have had no issues as of the time or writing this. Quality is good but I will say it could use a more robust exterior to make it more secure. No issues with connectivity dropping and everything hooked up easily. Lock functions great, its smooth and in my experience so far, very reliable. TCL as a whole I feel has always put out good value products and I would say this one is no different.

Innovative door lock!
I really liked this new concept that allows you to open the door with just your palm. It was easy to install and took just about 20 mins to take off the old lock and install this one. No drilling of new holes were necessary. What I specifically really liked about this lock is that it does not require you to touch it before the palm reader is activated. Instead, it is activated by infrared, such that proximity movement will trigger a red light (as you can see in the screenshot above) which engages the palm reader. It seemed much more reliable than my old fingerprint sensor, which sometimes take a few tries before it opens. This lock open reliably every time in under a single second and I have not had to use the RF cards yet because of it.

So many ways to unlock your door
We like using keyless entry door locks on our front door because we have so many people and kids coming and going at different times of the day. Best part is, no one has a key to lose or forget or hide under a rock. We upgraded from our older model (the buttons were starting to fade). We like the different options/modes of unlocking the door, especially the app. This one comes with a rechargeable battery, not sure of the durability yet, we haven’t had it that long. It was easy to install and quick. So far we haven’t tried all of the unlocking abilities, but it works really good and we don’t have any complaints.

Awesome upgrade from traditional lock and key!
This electronic door lock is a significant upgrade from the traditional lock and key. It comes with two key cards, two physical keys, a punch-in code option, and a palm-opening feature, offering multiple secure and convenient access options. The key cards are especially convenient. We donât have to deal with stuck keys like we experienced with our old lock.The app allows me to lock or unlock the door remotely, add multiple users with unique codes, and easily assign admin privileges. Installation was quickâwe simply removed the old lock. It came with all the necessary hardware and fit perfectly into the existing lock hole, so no cutting was required. The app is user-friendly and includes QR codes that link to different user functions, along with video instructions. The lock itself is sleek, modern, and looks great on our door. Highly recommend!

Lock installation was quicker and easy. Connectivity with wifi and its functionality was seamless. App management is user friendly and accessible from anywhere even when we are outside. Better to have this palm biometrics than fingerprint. Overall a value for money product.
