This TEMPTU Mist Self Tanner Spray Set provides a natural, very light sun kissed look. I’ve used this type of continuous spray self tanner before, and prefer it to lotion. It’s rather easy to apply, but a tan mitt and back applicator are very handy to make sure it’s applied evenly.Because I’m having some medical procedures done over the next week, I only used this on one of my upper thighs. I applied it at night, after exfoliating and moisturizing very well, and allowing it to dry completely before getting dressed for bed. When I got up in the morning, I used a baby wipe to clean the area.The spray left a natural, but rather light sun kissed color to my skin. It is not as dark as I had hoped it would be, so I think I would need to apply it a couple more times to get the darkness I like. It is nice for a natural looking glow, though.The listing, nor the bottle, say what darkness level this spray tanner is. It just says for a gradual tan, and that you can reapply it to achieve a darker tan. It would be nice to know what darkness level you’re starting at, otherwise, you may need three or four applications to achieve the look you want. Thus, the bottle would not last very long.I’m not sure I would have considered this a “set”, but rather a refillable continuous spray self tanner. The bottle is very nice, gives a wonderful fine mist and continuous spray, is refillable, and the self tanner is great for giving your skin a bit of color. This brand is nice, but a bit more expensive than some others that may provide a darker tan with one pass. It is still quite nice and I would recommend it.

TEMPTU Mist Self Tanner Spray Set with Hydrating Gradual Tanning WaterThis is one of my favorite self-tanners – it looks natural and it is super easy to apply. The spray bottle makes it extremely easy to apply. The spray bottle works with just one pump and will spray continuously for about 5-6 seconds so you can get a nice even coat. The tan develops in around 2 hours but it dries down in about 5 minutes. The solution is clear and water-like and this works best when applied after using the Temptu BHA exfoliant.The best part of this spray is that it doesn’t have that horrible fake tan smell. I found that this works the best of all the self-tanners I have used. Just be sure that you don’t shower for 6-8 hours after applying. You can reapply this in another 24 hours if the tan is not deep enough. Poor Results
Iâm sorry to report that my results with this Temptu self tanner came out pretty poorly. The sprayer is a great idea and the mist is so fine and itâs completely colorless where I couldnât tell how much I was applying to my skin. I only used this on my legs to give it test run, so I wasnât too worried about it. However, when I woke up the next morning, I had soooo many patches that looked terrible, where some of the solution was too concentrated and my skin came out much darker than other areas. Prior to use, I exfoliated my skin with a scrubbing mitt, shaved and also made sure to moisturize very well, so I did the appropriate prep work.It says on the bottle that you still need to use a tanning mitt or your hand to rub the mist into your skin, so Iâm left wondering what the benefit of the tanning mist is all about? I rubbed everything in, but still had poor results. I get much better results from a lotion or foaming self tanner and a tanning mitt. This is one of the worst self-tanning results Iâve had. It also has the typical self tanner smell when the color develops, but I couldnât detect any scent when applying it.

Not only is this self Tanner easy to use, but itâs also effective! This stuff really works and helps provide a nice, natural tan that doesnât look orangey or fake what so ever.I normally apply it while in the shower as the spray can tend to get on the walls/flooring around you when using, Iâm a newbie to at home tanning so this is the best method Iâve found thus far to keep from getting it everywhere lolWithin hours of application I had a nice-dewy like sun kissed glow to my skin that I absolutely love! Iâve continued to re-apply every few days to maintain the color with positive results.Iâd definitely recommend to others! You wonât be disappointed âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

This TEMPTU Mist Self Tanner Spray is the only tanner that looks natural on my pasty white skin. I love the formula. It goes on with such a fine mist from the sprayer. It really does spray upside down. I can do the back of my legs without having to call my husband for help (even though he does help me with my back). If you are very pale, you will enjoy the color payoff of this self tanner.
