    This book inspired my email marketing strategy!
    When I bought this book, I’d run email campaigns before, done small drip campaigns, etc. but I’d never built out a full cohesive strategy for one company. This book helped me map out not only the full cycle from first touch to follow-up/reviews and continuing education but also what most of the individual emails within those overarching campaigns would cover and the why behind each step in the process. I have sticky notes on so many pages.Some of the steps have taken longer for me to implement as a team of one, but I’m slowly building out the strategy within my current company. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to build out an email strategy.

    Great for Subscription-based Business Email Marketers
    Goes into detail about the type of email templates to create at every stage of the customer lifecycle. The book goes into detail on the messaging and design in creating lifecycle campaigns from the ground up. This a 201-level type of book for those looking to implement great strategy in email marketing rather than be told for the 100th time about why it’s important.As a developer, I learned how to approach email marketing by crafting onboarding series specifically for membership and/or subscription-based clients from the book. I recommend it for those who are more tech-centric to learn the marketing side of things in a pragmatic way.

    The best email marketing book on the Market
    I’m a software developer that’s developed my own language learning app. I teach English through a murder mystery novel that I wrote. It’s completely different to anything that’s ever been done before, so I thought that creating an email list. After coming up with a great landing page that produced a high conversion rate, I was left with coming up with an email automation strategy. I read several books, but none that I felt I could really use to develop my own email broadcasting system, until I came across this book. I’m now in the middle of developing my email broadcasting software for my language learning app. Thanks to this book, I have a solid understanding of how to build it and what it should do. Thank you so much for writing this book and sharing your knowledge with the world.

    Comprehensive and easy to understand
    This book assumes you have a basic knowledge of marketing, of SaaS, and of copywriting.I like the book because it is:• Easy to understand• Practical• Actionable• Has an intelligent approach to email marketingFrom the book, I came to appreciate that like marketing in general, email marketing is dynamic & experimental. You learn to analyze results of your tests and adapt. You choose which parts to optimize.The book covers the various stages of the user lifecycle, and gives advice and examples of possible email sequences to send to keep users engaged in each stage. This is what i like best about the book.It is very helpful that the author also mentions tech recommendations for different situations that you might encounter- which app or platform to use that can give you what you need to move forward – ideas for your tech stack, too. I just wish he had a table to summarize all these apps – it would have been helpful.A glimpse into the table of content gives you an idea that this book is comprehensive.I highly recommend this book. Newbie and veteran marketers alike will find value here.

    I could not be happier with this book. I had been on the hunt for a book like this for ages: A software-agnostic hands-on guide to customer success using email marketing. I stumbled on this one by complete accident and I am so glad I did.I love the way the author explains things. Thorough, without being overwhelming. His approach is built around his philosophy that you let email marketing prove its worth to you before you dive too deep and, as such, he starts with all the basic information you need to get started… but then includes mored advanced chapters on optimizations and deep dives into different types of sequences.All of his advice is grounded in plenty of his own first-hand experience, as well as very comprehensive research in the best practices of leading SaaS companies. If you have a SaaS company and are looking to grow your revenues through email marketing your way to customer success…. I highly recommend this book.

También he de decir que tengo bastante experiencia con el envío de emails, campañas, secuencias, y precisamente en SaaS.Como primer libro para ubicarte? podría ser. Si buscas algo más concreto, no creo que te aporte.El libro es correcto, bien redactado y trabajado. pero el contenido (para mi) no refleja el título del mismo.
